    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\SystemKeys Folder

Help! The folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\SystemKeys is growing out of control. It is doing this on some of our servers and some desktops. We are a medium to small business and use Active Directory not Azure AD. My guess is it has something to do with Remote Desktop. I've heard that some of the keys in this folder are important so you can't just delete it. Anyone have any idea what to do to get it to stop or what causes this issue?Thank you for any help.

    :)

Windows 10 update killed my Homegroup

    Hi,

    To
resolve your issue with joining Homegroup in Windows 10, we
suggest you follow the steps below:

    • Open
      cmd
      with admin permissions and run
      netsh winsock reset.

    • Navigate to
      C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\ and then rename
      MachineKeys folder
      to MachineKeys.old.

      Create a new folder
      MachineKeys
in the same location (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\)and right click the
      MachineKeys folder, select
      Properties
      and click
      Security
      tab then set
      Full Control

What does C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18 use for ? why is it causing vcredist 2010 and 2008 not to install

    i had a problem with installing vcredist_2010 and vcredist_2008 , i couldn't install them ( i have windows 10 64bit) , but i found a solution that i should :

In short: Rename the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18 to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18_old

During successful installation of KB3045318 this folder is created again, automatically.

At the end, I copied the missing files from the original folder to the new folder.

but my question is , WHY ? why doing this is fixing the problem ? is it really a fix ? or just a bypass ? and am i going to have problem because of this ? like is it really installed or its installed
    but not completely ?
