Windows 10: "C:\" Question

So in my "C:\" I found this ".log" file called "AMFTrace.log" and It is marked as a Text Document. I am just wondering if I could delete this file and if it will do anything to my applications?

• Copy and paste the following command:
  
  attrib -h -r -s /s /d c:\*.*
• Press Enter.
• Restart your computer, then check if the same issue will occur.

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.
