Windows 10: C++ Runtime Library Issue

i have been getting this message recently. currently i have gotten this 3-4 times. also windows console host is simultaneously running in background. this issues have started to occur when i uninstalled odoo from my pc. it uninstall many programs from my pc including files for microsoft edge and other 90% of programs that i had installed.

I would suggest you to perform a clean boot.

Clean boot will check if any third party application is causing the issue, as clean boot helps in eliminating software conflicts.
