Windows 10: C:\Users\ibrahim\AppData\Roaming\Meow.exe on my desktop...

When ever I start my laptop I keep getting this window on my desktop screen of "C:\Users\ibrahim\AppData\Roaming\Meow.exe". I'm not sure what it is, or how I got it, but it's been coming for quite sometime, and after a while, it just goes away. Can someone help me identify why that keeps coming up, or how I can remove it?

My Antivirus said Application.Downloader.AAB (Suspected infection) but then it also says

that do not imply a security threat, including:

Said I have to manually remove i'm unsure how to do that exactly.

Or is this a valid file? This just appeared today.

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\windows.js error

I get a constant error pop-up saying that the windows script host can't find script file "C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\windows.js." Has anyone ran into this? Is there a fix?
