    This `there is not enough free memory to run this program. exit one or more programs, and then try again` issue that has nothing to do with memory seems to be a problem going back a decade. Every once in a while Windows will go into a state where clicking on a taskbar link will throw this error. Task manager says I have plenty of resources to open Edge browser or whatever it is I am trying to load from the taskbar, and yes if load the program from the start menu or from within the installed app folder in Explorer the app will load without issue. If I remove the taskbar link and pin a new one
