I've tried to do a bunch of fixes and it didnt work the creation tool sfc /scan and more. it docent let me reset my computer either it say we ran into a error undoing changes

    the file :///C:/Windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v4.030319/WPF/PresentationNative_v0400.dll has been corrupted and I'm dont know what to do, I've tried reinstalling the .NET framework, I've tried repairing it using the netfx repair tool and then tried reinstalling
    again.

    The only thing I haven't tried yet is copying a good copy of the .dll over from another computer, but I'm unsure on how to do so

    I keep getting this error message multiple times in succession whenever I boot up my computer or use it for a while. I've reinstalled Windows completely once already. And I have tried using DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth , but even that doesn't work, saying that " Error: 0x800f081f

For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source. " which that link just leads me to Bing. I have also done sfc/scannow as well but the computer says it cannot do anything.
