Windows 10: C:\windows\system32\logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt Error After Upgrading to Recent Windows 10 Update

I have received this email for well over a week now and I am beginning to lose hope. My computer is roughly 4 years old and has been working fine, albeit a bit slow at times, up until I decided to run a Windows 10 update on Sat. Feb 16. I let it run overnight and didn't think much of it until the following morning. This is no longer my primary laptop but I have 4 year's worth of work and personal photos on it and so I am not exactly willing to completely clean it out. Most of the advanced options don't even work, with the resetting my pc option encountering errors. I've tried a few online posts with guides to solving things using the command prompt but that has done nothing either. What can I do to fix this without completely resetting my computer? This has to be a windows problem because there was no issue up until this point. I can't even uninstall the update because it always says that it ran into a problem whether uninstalling a quality or feature update.

If you followed the directions at the link I gave you, you should have download the Media Creation Tool. You need to run that which will then download the files necessary to create a bootable USB flash drive or create a ISO file. It is not in any way bootable.

Just click on





at the link I gave you, save to your Desktop then run it.
You need to select this when offered:

 

C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt”

I have an MSI laptop I7 12 on ram. Updated to wind 10 about 4 months ago. Last week i got some updates, i installed the updates and the lap did not came on, got black screen ¨STARING WATCH DOG INITIALIZATION¨ did not do anything after that. I ran the system
restore and star up problems an got C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt” error. I took the harddisk out of my laptop and i connect the disk into another laptop, found out that i have 2 srttrail.txt , so i delete
one of them. put the disk back an the lap came on.

Turn the laptop off and got same error
C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt”. finally did advance options. Star windows without checking drivers signature option number 7 of the menu and the laptop is on. I am afraid that if i turn off the laptop is
not going to come back on again.

How can i fixed the C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt” now that i have the laptop working?

i have got the below error in my lenova laptop. i have updated from windows 8 to windows 10 recently.

tried to do chkdsk but after it completed no log files was generated and laptop cannot repair.

please advise
