    i got a new motherboard which is updated to windows 11 but i dont have windows, no key , nothing installed. now i have this error and im unable to get past the blue screen. ive tried every step. it doesn’t fix anything, and i certainly can’t reset because everytime i try to reset it undoes changes and i have a feeling it is because of the file corruption. also a quick mention although i am admin of the pc it doesn’t recognize me as admin therefor some commands are denied. is there a way force reset if so how. or do i need to download windows, and even then how so. my computer is unusable and i

    c:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt thats the problem tried everything all of the options you guys have listed it wont let me do anything all the commands tried cant reset it wont let me says there was a problem resetting pc.

    Just got the 'old' System\32\Logfiles\srt\srttrail msg and a crashed Win10 laptop that will not auto repair

    I know this is not a new problem, but any solution seems random.

    Anyone have a list the series of system codes to put in the command prompt?

    the logfile also says C:/WINDOWS/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail. txt dont know if this helps
