Windows 10: C920 Logitech Pro Webcam - Win 11 Audio Bug – A Workaround

Since July, my Windows 11 laptop says “no audio device is installed” when I plug in my C920 Logitech Pro Webcam. After much searching, I found a fix that works for me. The problem is a conflict between a specific Windows patch for Realtek's AudioProcessingObject and Logitech Webcam, which causes the Windows Audio service to terminate unexpectedly.Here are work-around steps I'm using to re-enable audio.With the Webcam plugged in, disable the Webcam's Audio Component:- In Device Manager, under "Sound, video and game controllers", find the "HD Pro Webcam C920" entry.- Right-click on "HD Pro Webc

Logitech c920 Webcam not working

Since the updates to Windows 10 my logitech HD Pro Webcam c920 is no longer recognised by my computer.I have been through weeks of trying to find a solution and none that have been suggested have worked

 

Webcam Logitech C920 HD Pro not compatible with OS(Win 10)

Hi, today I bought a Logitech C920 HD Pro Webcam. When I try to install the original support software, downloaded from Getting started - HD Pro Webcam C920, it says the software Im trying to install is not compatible with my OS and
I have to search the original and compatible.

After this, I downloaded the same software but for Win 8, it actually works with compatibility mode... but, when the software Im trying to install ask me to plug in the camera, the computer doesnt recognize it. Here is when Win update comes up and gives
me this response:

• Logitech - WebCam - Logitech USB Camera (HD Pro Webcam C920) - Error 0x800f0246

I´ve searched on that code of error, I couldnt find anything helpful. From every post 20% of owners this periferal works fine, the rest of us is just loosing faith on Win 10.

Logitech HD Pro WebCam C920 connection support

Why doesn't my Logitech HD Pro WebCam C920 connect to Zoom or Facebook etc... but only works in stand alone mode.
