Windows 10: caa70004 teams problem

Hallo, seitdem ich gestern updates habe laufen lassen , welches ich für paar Monate pausiert hatte, bekomme ich Teams nicht mehr zum laufen. Jedesmal erscheint der fehlercode caa70004.Die zuletzt installierten Updates sind KB4592449, KB4586878, KB4586863. Deinstallieren von KB4592449 und KB4586878 brachte Teams auch nicht wieder zum laufen und das letzte Update lässt sich nicht deinstallieren.

Habe alle cache ordner von Teams geleert, mehrfach.

Ich habe Teams bereits 2 mal komplett gelöscht, icl. registry.

Habe die 2 befehle für bereinigung ausgeführt


if -not Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin....



if -not Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.CloudExperienceHost....


ausgeführt, auch mal Teams mit adminrechten gestartet aber nichts half.

Ich habe auch eine alte version von teams getesttet aber auch wieder die gleiche fehlermeldung.


was jetzt? ausgerechnet jetzt wo wir zum Homeoffice gezwungen sind.

New Teams

With regard to your concern, you can add a new team on Cortana by following the steps below:

• Click Cortana or the circle icon.
• Click the Notebook icon, scroll down and click Sports.
• Click Add a team and start typing the name of a team.
• Select the results.

Note: If the the team does not show up in the list you cannot add it to the Notebook. We suggest that you send a feedback using Windows Feedback hub so we can take note of this feature for future updates.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
