Windows 10: "cabinet file cannot be trusted" for DirectX 9 and "Generic trust failure" during...

Hi, can someone help me with the issue:TLDRI can't install directx 9 from offline installer, directx in general from web installer, and MC Visual C++ 2012/2013. Tried whole bunch of solutions and none of them worked so far. DetailsI had issues with installation of some old game and I tried to install directx 9 manually, first via web-installer and afterwards with offline installer both taken from microsoft site. For both installers I faced a error "cabinet file cannot be trusted":Of course the Cryptographic services were enabled and run perfectly fine. I tried bunch of solutions:SFC scanManu

I cannot update the directx on windows 10. i was trying to play assassins creed unity and a xinput1_3.dll msg pops up. i tried to update directx and a "cabinet file cannot be trusted..." dialog pops up.plz help

 

Direct x install error cabinet file cannot be trusted

When i tried to install directx i got this message " A cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted?

I found some solution but after navigating to

navigate to \Windows\System32\directx\ or \Windows\SysWow64\directx

if you have Windows 7 x64.

2. Click on "organise" file menu, then "folder and search options" then

in the "View" tab check "show hidden files and folders" and then "ok"

BBut i can't find such folder in system 32 i clicked view but still can't see or find..
