Windows 10: Calculator 'enters' for every third number I add

Hi, I have an issue with the calculator app. I tried restarting both the app and the pc, and googling the issue also got me nowhere, so I'm hoping someone here can help me with this.

If I try to enter a string of numbers, like 6+9+5+2, the calculator presses enter after every second number. So it shows up like: 6+9=15 15+5=20 20+2=22

Obviously, I'm not a fan of this. It only happens in the standard calculator mode, not if I use the scientific calculator. How can I fix this?

Hi,

Some of the reasons why the calculator app will not work properly are: the program encountered a corrupted system files, virus and malware, and another application is conflicting with it.

We suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the calculator. In doing so, you will have a fresh copy of the application which will eliminate the issue. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Start menu.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Allow the application to make changes, Type in Powershell then, click
  Enter.
• Type in Get-AppxPackage *windowscalculator* | Remove-AppxPackage then, click
  Enter.
• Type in Get-AppxPackage *windowscalculator* | Add-AppxPackage then, click
  Enter.
• Restart the computer after the process and try accessing the menu of the calculator.

Window's 10 Calculator won't launch

Hi Dan,

There could be a number of factors as to why you are having issues launching the Calculator app on Windows 10. This could be caused by a software conflict or due to the application itself.

You may consider resetting the Calculator app. To do this, refer to the steps below:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & feature.
  
• Click the Calculator app from the list and then choose Advanced options.
  
• Click Reset.

If the issue persists, I suggest that you create a new user account. This is for us to check if the issue is due to a corrupted user profile. To do this, select the Start button, then select
Settings > Accounts > Family & other people > Add someone else to this PC.

new power supply calculator

I was trying to implement that but run in to a little problem. The stock core voltage is unknown for most of the cpu's listed in there and I assume they cannot be found easily anywhere. That means you would have to manually enter vcore and overclocked vcore and people (and I) hate every extra step *Smile
Maybe I should still implement that since who uses a stock cpu anyways *Wink
