    Topguncp - I went into Admin Command prompt and followed your three steps which fixed the problem Task Manager now working. Thanks for your assistance. Cheers Calendar Creator not working. I used Task Manager to run it and it works well. :)

    Task bar "pop-up" calendar not working after Windows 10 Creators Update

    To further assist you with this concern, we suggest that you download the Windows troubleshooter for apps found on this

    link     and run it. Once done, reset your calendar application by following the steps below:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Click on System.
    • Select Apps & features.
    • Search for Calendar.
    • Click on Mail and Calendar.
    • Go to Advance options then click on Reset.

    Please update us with the results.

    Calendar Creator not working. I used Task Manager to run it and it works well.

    Task Manager not running


    I have added a new task to the ones already populated which I suppose were in Win7
    The new task or the present tasks are not running as there is no entry in the history or
    recently run file
    are there other steps necessary to get the new task manager to start up ?
