Windows 10: Calendar not offering

The date and time are appearing on the bottom right part of my computer. However, when I click the date, the calendar does not appear. I tried to delete the calendar app and reinstalled it but issue persists.***moved fom Outlook / Windows / Classic Outlook for Windows / For business***

Tried your suggestion. But the only calendars offered are Chinese = lunar based

I am looking for moon phase. I found the one you suggested in the microsoft store and downloaded it. But it did not appear where you suggested under setings in the list of calendars.

Also tried the add additional calendars option on the left of the installed calendar, but there is no option there to add one from the interenet. All offered options are for sports teams or such. Odd.

Am I making this difficult?

If the Calendar is not synching in PC I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: I suggest you to run the
Troubleshooter for Windows App and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 2: If the issue persists, then I suggest you to
remove and reconfigure the account back in the Mail app.


Reconfiguring the account should force it to sync again and resolve the issue.

Why does the calendar in Windows 10 calendar no longer offer "Christian holidays"?

We apologize for the delayed response.

Please be informed that the information given in the help article is for Outlook preview. This is the reason why you do not see the option to "add calendar".

As your account is not migrated to Outlook.com preview yet, you are not able to see that option mentioned in the article.

The option to enable holiday's is in outlook.com by default.

Once you open the calendar online, try the steps below and check if it helps:

1. Click the "settings" icon.

2. Check if the lists of holidays are given in the drop down list.

If you want to import, choose the import option from the calendar to import a calendar which is in .ics format.

Also, make sure that the time zone and location are set correctly so that the default holiday calendar for that particular time zone is listed.
