    Call feature not working on Phone App for Windows !!


    My call feature won't work with the new windows 11 in the Phone Link App. I've followed all the trouble shooting that the app offers but can't find a solution. All other features work fine messages, apps, ect.

    Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Mobile

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    Call feature not working on Phone App for Windows !!

    Your Phone app is not working

    What type of phone do you have? Android, or iPhone? The Your Phone app has always been a problem, not working then suddenly working again for no reason. On the phone, go to Settings/Advanced Features/Link to Windows. It should show you phone. If it is disconnected. You can press the Cog and Remove the device. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices sign in, go to the Devices Tab. If your phone is listed here, remove it as well. Restart the computer and the phone. Return to Settings on phone/Link to Windows, add a device signing in with your Microsoft account. If this fails, let it sit for a while and it will magically start working for no reason.
