Windows 10: Call Of Duty 1 error - "Insufficient space"

I have recently decided to install the original Call of Duty on my Windows 10 PC after finding it in a box of games. But when choosing the install location it comes up with this error:



I am installing from the disc and it is the deluxe edition with the United Offensive expansion pack.

I have plenty of space where I am trying to install it and I have tried to install it in other locations but it still comes up with the same error.

I do have a Windows XP somewhere, which it did work on ages ago, but most of the insides were stripped to go into another PC.


I don't know how to get around it and I was hoping someone might know.

Could anyone suggest anything?

App Deployment Error: Insufficient Space on PC/Phone?

After deploying an appxbundle from my friend to test it out, this error came out in the Application Deployment Tool after attempting to deploy it on my Lumia 520:

Error: There is not enough storage in your computer. Please clear up some space to proceed.

So my question is: Is it because my phone has insufficient storage(100+ but less than 200 MB space left ), or is it my PC (200 GB free C:, 1% of space used on E: (normally it's D)?

windows 10 Creating System Image - Insufficient Space Error Message

The Windows backup process works very nicely but it keeps failing when there is insufficient room on the target medium. There are two solutions:

• Use a target medium with more free space.
• Reduce the amount of data to be backed up.

As you mention, this is a problem with all operating systems, not just with Windows.

It's a new PC all targets have more than 1 TB space and it's only the system image THAT IS NOT COMING TO THE PARTY... TRIED ALL SUGGESTIONS FROM DELETING JOURNALS TO checking shadow copies... cant expand system reserve... and each time I try for backup...
not enough space???? Seems to be happening with windows operating systems mainly... what's the point of having a system that doesn't work for many..

No one has come up with a remedy, that I am aware of... looks like my only option is to get a third party software that actually works... since windows 10... trouble... freezups changing; my PC with updates... frustrating
