    Hi, I got a recent issue. I received a " call us overprotective" on my asus computer for two straight weeks. I somehow saw an account that is not linked to my account after logging in with the password successfully. The account is required for me to type a new code, but I have no access to that account. What should I do? It happened when I turned on the computer and is about to log in.I tried going to my own account but I never see the account that is mentioned in the previous paragraph. i simply don't remember that account. I even added a contact number, but to no avail. I am currently at Win

    • Get rid of this program.
    • Ask the supplier of the "Call us overprotective" program for advice.

    As far as I know, "Call us overprotective" is a third-party program. Where did it come from? Who installed it?

    You can uninstall programs through the Control Panel / Programs and Features.
