After Windows 10 Update PC not working properly and unable to excess it. If any buddy can, please help

After completion of windows 10, below error is showing while startup and below Error Showing,

EVEN I CANNOT ACCESS DESKTOP, CAN'T TURN OFF, OPEN FOLDER, EVERYTHING.

PLEASE HELP.

• Sign in with the email address you use to sign in to Groove.
• Go to the Services & subscriptions tab.
• In your subscriptions, select the Cancel button next to Groove Music Pass.
