    I can no longer repair, install or even uninstall my printer software on this Lenovo laptop with Win10. The printer is completely unavailable and cannot be found. I am and always have been the only user on this machine. How is that I am somehow not an administrator on my own machine!!!!!

    This isn't the first time I've had administrator issues with Win10! I've tried the hidden administrator with same results. I even reset all application package security settings to full control but still to no avail!

    HP Scanner stopped working

    I repeated this again after your instructions from today. I cannot install the software in compatibility mode because Win10 is not listed.

    I've extracted the software and am still getting the error

    Installation Error

    Call to DriverPackageInstall returned error5 for package 'C:\ProgramFiles\HP\HPPhotosmart Plus B210 series\DriverStore\NG ScanDriver\HPWia_PSB210.INF': A caller of DriverPackageInstall must be a
    member of Administrators Group to install a driver package.

    I am an administrator. Must I create some sort of Administrators Group to install this?

    To show the Caller ID, please follow these simple steps:

    • From the Start screen, swipe left.
    • Scroll and tap Phone.
    • Tap the Menu icon.
    • Tap Settings/call settings.
    • Tap the Show my caller ID to drop-down.
    • Tap to select the desired option from the list.

    I've re-downloaded the driver from the HP website. I cannot get it install - get message

    "
