Windows 10: Calls Initiated On Laptop Will Not Play On Or "Transfer To PC." Suggestions?

I tried Intel Unison and had the same problem, so whatever the problem is is common to both.

I have the same issue. I have a Samsung A55s from which I was able to 'Transfer Call to PC', but it has now stopped working. As suggested earlier, all other connectivity between phone and pc works, but not the call transfer.

 

USB Transfer to Laptop

Hello Judy,

I suggest you to copy all the files to a flash drive from the laptop.
You may create a new folder on your desktop and name that folder as per your choice.

  Perform the steps to transfer the files from laptop to desktop.
  
• 
  Plug in the flash drive and wait for it to get detected.
  
• 
  Now, open the flash drive and Right Click on the files that you want to transfer and select “Copy”.
  
• 
  Now, open the folder on desktop and Right Click on an empty space in the folder and select “Paste”.
  
• 
  Similarly, you can transfer all other files.
  

As per the file size you can also use an external drive instead of a flash drive and transfer the data.

Bill, I would pay you for an answer. My Toshiba Satellite laptop/Windows 10 initializes a dvd but will not play it. I have tried 50 different "suggestions," none of which work. With a perfectly good dvd drive, why can't I play a dvd movie? THANK YOU
