    It appears that vds.exe will leak a thread any time you call diskpart.exe with parameters. I have reproduced this behavior on Windows Server 2008R2, Windows 10, and Windows 11. The following example is Windows 10. The parameters passed do not appear to need to be valid. In the following example "/t" is passed, which is an invalid flag, however the behavior is reproducible with "/s <script>". Process Explorer is used to view the threads owned by vds.exe. However, running diskpart.exe interactively will cause vds.exe to allocate a thread and properly reap it upon exit. The number of operat
