    Cam I combine Microsoft balance with credit card


    I want to buy dolby atoms for headphones on the dolby access app which cost 15 dollars and I have a gift card of 10 dollars. Can I use the gift card and pay from my credit card only the remaining 5 dollars?

    You are old school as you can just as easily activate a credit card online. Of course they'll be security measures in place to make sure you are you *Wink

    And no, you don't "have to go online" to activate.

    Deleting a credit card

    Hi Melonie,

    If you are unable to remove the credit cards you've listed under Payments & Billing, try updating your payment method by following the steps indicated on this

    link    . If that didn't work, kindly retry removing your credit cards after 1-3 days.

    unable to transfer balance due from old credit card to new one

    Hello , recently I purchased an app for my Lumia 925 from Microsoft store using a virtual credit card. Though the transaction was over without any problem , now mails are coming to me from "
    L: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** " stating that they are unable to charge my card and requested to change my payment option . As I can not edit the card number in payment option, I added a new credit card ( not virtual card ) but
    unable to transfer the balance to this new card. After adding the new card I wanted to delete the old card and here comes the option to transfer the balance. Unfortunately this is not working . A message appears " change payment option and a payment alert
    for authorization to transfer balance to this new card " . But from this message box the next button does not open any new page , it just stays there and nothing happens. I have tried several times but could not succeed . Can any one help me ?
