Windows 10: Camera already in use by another application. How to solve this error

Camera not working!... It just blinks and continues to blink but not fully functional and when I test it using an online tool, the tool says "camera is already in use by another application" . I have tried everything I could - 1 . Driver Updated2 . "camsvc" process is restarted3 . reset pc twice i.e., one time using windows 11 and other time using windows 10, none of them workedFor you information, it works for a day or two randomlyI have no idea why it worked and then troubles again indefinitely.Nothing seems to work I am having online tests and interviews, I have no idea what to do now.I

Camera not responding error on n9

Experiencing "camera not responding error" in my n9. Have tried enabling developer mode and following the steps found online to solve this problem. The phone rebooted after keying in " reboot -u" but the problem with the camera remained. Any other suggestion?

settings to see if the camera access is turned on. Kindly follow the steps below to check the camera privacy settings:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
• Near the top of the Settings app window is the search box, kindly type the word "webcam" or "camera".
• From the list of results choose Camera privacy settings.
• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.
