    Camera app crashes immediately upon opening, same for when I enable video on Zoom.


    Title says it all. Just used zoom for the first time, when I enabled my video I immediately got the BSOD. Same for when I just open up the camera app itself. Tried checking for any system/zoom/driver updates, still having the same issue. I used to use my camera for online classes this last spring, so not sure what has gone wrong. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Re CAMERA connect for Zoom meetings

    How do I get the ZOOM app onto the Privacy access list?

    I'm not having any luck in unblocking the camera. I can see and hear at Zoom meetings, but not seen.

    Does Zoom need Windows permission? How do you fix that? I'm not very good at tech mazes; maybe someone

    can walk me through that needed connection? Why is Zoom omitted from the apps with access list?

    Error number received at clicking the video sign to join: #OxA00F4244 [no connection)

    Checked re App Access which are all marked ON, but no Zoom app listed.

    Suggestions, recommendations?

    1020 camera crashes upon opening in any app.

    I am on the developer preview. I can't access the camera all of a sudden. It worked yesterday and now it just crashes immediately upon launch. If i am in another app that uses the camera such as Skype it works fine until i try to use the camera at which
    point it crashes. I have reset the camera and deleted any application that updated since the camera last worked. I have also held down power and volume down to no avail. The only thing i have not done that i can think of is a full factory reset and i have
    to wait to make sure every thing is backed up seeing as SkyDrive does not back up photos properly.

    Hi all,

    First off, I've tried numerous fixes suggested in other threads with the same issue; they either didn't work or were not an option to me due to this being an issue with multiple computers/users across my organisation.

    Quite a few users in my organisation have started crashing upon opening the Photos app (both when opening a photo to view it or simply opening the app) since around a week ago. I've tried reinstalling to no avail, I'm unable to do a system restore to a week ago (seems to have fixed it for others) due to this affecting many users.

    Any ideas? Thanks
