Windows 10: Camera blocked

I'm on a Dell Laptop 00355-61800-41189-AAOEMWindows 11 Pro.Camera was working. Now it won't, suddenly. Drivers have been updatedCamera app uninstalled/reinstalledAll updates currentI am getting the error message:Your camera might be covered. To use your camera, you might neet to slide a shutter near the camera, press a camera button on the keyboard, or slide a camera switch on your device. There is no button. There is no slider. There is now slide or camera switch. Fn + 1-12 produces nothing. I'm stuck with a DO NOT CAMERA and a black/blank screen while the camera operation light remains on. P

Camera is not opening

One of the possible reasons why the camera is not opening after the update is the antivirus software that's blocking it or it could be that the driver is outdated.

Laptop Camera

settings to see if the camera access is turned on. Kindly follow the steps below to check the camera privacy settings:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
• Near the top of the Settings app window is the search box, kindly type the word "webcam" or "camera".
• From the list of results choose Camera privacy settings.
• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.

"Your camera and microphone are blocked"

Win 10 desktop, latest update (20H2 Build 19042.867, KB5000802), Logitech Webcam 510. This morning for a meeting, one I've had many times before, I got a "Your camera and microphone are blocked" with doxy.me. I could hear and see them, but not the reverse. Tried iPad (wi-fi) and other party said I was still blocked. In Opera browser (desktop), looking at the doxy.me screen under Settings > Privacy and Security, things look ok to me (see screenshot). In Windows Settings, it shows "Camera access for this device is on," as are "Allow apps to access your camera" and "Allow desktop apps to access your camera." Doxy.me is not in the list -- Zoom and Webex are -- but the instructions say some apps aren't listed.

Any ideas? I'm not sure where else to look? Could the latest Win 10 update have caused this, as it has other kinds of problems (not for me). I haven't had this problem before with joining many meetings using doxy, Zoom or Webex. Thanks,
