Windows 10: Camera codec pack on windows 10 to view RAW files

have tried I think all possible but cant get it to work.

is there a way to see your raw files in windows 10 at all ? tried the Nikon app also and couldn't get it either I'm new to windows so apologies if its a silly question.

Windows 10 RAW file codec pack

Hi all

I have just bought a new camera, a Panasonic G80, (same as G85 in America) but found the Explorer cannot display the RAW file thumbnails or view the files, I have no issues with the files produced by my older Panasonic cameras, so guess I need a new RAW
codec.

Is there an update RAW codec pack available from MS for the many new cameras that have hit the market this last year.

Windows Camera Raw Codec pack

Dear sir,

I just purchased a Canon 6D Mk II. With my former camera Canon 6d I could open the .CR2 raw files using Windows 10 Photo app but now with the new camera I can't open them. Is Microsoft going to update the Raw Codec Pack to allow that to happen?? Sure
would be nice.

Viewing Olympus Raw photo files

Hi, Robyn,

Go to Microsoft.com

Type Camera Codec Pack into the Search Field

Download the Pack for your system

Save it to a folder on the computer

Double click on the Folder to install the Codec Pack

Double click the camera RAW file you want to view

Windows Photo App will open for you to view the file.
