Windows 10: Camera drivers not loading for one profile

Good morning,I have one user whos camera Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 doesn't work System unable to load drivers, device has been in use for months without issues. I completely removed and uninstalled the device and drivers. After I reinstalled the device it works fine with my users two accounts, regular user without privileges and -admin but not for such user profile. It keeps saying that the system is unable to upload the drivers.I have use two different set of drivers too, loaded by default on Windows 10 and latest drivers version from fabricant. Same result for both

Need help! Profile wont load

I created a profile for my mobility radeon 9800 called overclocked and I load the profile and start up a game and the performance is not affected. I verified this with counter strike source stress test. What could be goiing on here? Could it be something with the Catalyst 6.2 driver? Is there something wrong with my card or is it a software issue?

3d detection works fine but when I manually load the profile it doesn't work

Any suggestions?
