Windows 10: Camera Error 0xa00f4240<Unknown> 0x800703e3

My camera does not load up my camera feed, even though it is turned on and plugged in. Even when the camera app is not being used, the webcam is still being used. Have any idea on what the error is and how might to solve it?

Having a great deal of trouble with camera app. If it's not this code it's another. Besides the code in the subject I have had the following error codes

0xA00P4271 <MediaCaptureFailedError> 0x800700PF

0xA00F4240 <VieoPreviewStartFailed> 0x800703E3

and for the microphone problem which is how this all started

0xA00F429c <MicrophoneNotAvailable> (0xC00DABE0)

Have uninstalled/reinstalled camera, reset Camera app, checked with pc manufacturer for driver updates, in fact I did a fresh re-install of Windows 10 to try to resolve the issue, nothing worked so far to resolve issue. Please help

when are Microsoft go to sort the mess they have made with the AV stream camera all the suggestion made do not work I now have 2 desktop Pcs that have this error codes that suggest the the camera is NOT working but the opposite is true its working but you
cant get into the settings each time I click on the setting wheel it is coming up with the error codes I have uninstalled the camera so many times (5 times) in fact I'm being to think Microsoft don't know how to fix it as non of their answers/ suggestions
