WHY does camera works on other apps but in creating my picture on Microsoft account setting using camera as setup of picture doesn't work?..

Camera won't work.

Hello. My action camera has option to be PC camera (like webcam). When I connect it to my computer and open the camera app, something is loading and then it give me ""0xA00F4271<MediaCaptureFailedEvent> (0x8007001F)". I try to update
the driver, but nothing happened. Please help me!
