Windows 10: Camera isn't working. Error code 0xA00F4292 <PhotoCaptureStartTimeout> please help

My camera suddenly stopped working. it only displays a black screen and if I try to capture a photo it will give back to me the error code 0xA00F4292 <PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>. I've already done everything instructed by this site https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/camera-doesn-t-work-in-windows-10-32adb016-b29c-a928-0073-53d31da0dad5as well as in this sitehttps://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/my-camera-on-laptop-will-not-work-all-i-get-is/a376c43e-acbd-4dfd-b250-345f2b06d9f9it happened before around a month ago but it was fixed by these steps however, a few days

Lenovo Yoga 720's camera shows error code 0xA00F4292 <PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>

My camera app shows a blank screen and shows the error code :error code 0xA00F4292 <PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>

device manager says the device is working properly

I already downloaded the media pack and tried my camera but it isn't working. Also when I open my camera or apps like skype it only shows black screen. When I press the taking photo button, the camera says there is problem and showed the error code of 0xA00F4292<photocapturestarttimeout>.

I have a Dell Latitude 5290 2-in-1 tablet. The only way I can use the Windows Camera App for still pictures is to turn on HDR. If HDR is off (by default), I will get and error: (windows camera 0xa00f4292 <PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>). Is there a way to set
the HDR to be on by default (in app or a registry edit)? I have updated the driver for the camera and reset the app. I do not have any problems taking a video.
