    Camera issue with update .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2


    Hi!On June 25, 2024-KB5040370 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 has been successfully installed on my computer. Strangely, my Camera external USB Web Vital Camera failed during a Teams meeting on June 25th morning. Since then my external USB camera is not recongnized by my computer. Can't select it form Camera App on Windows. Neither with Zoom, Teams, Skype or any of those plateforms. Camera has been renamed Sonix technology Co since Windows update wich I have never seen before. The pilots are ok, and the USB device works correctly. I'v

    Error 0x80092004 | 2023-02 Cumulative Update for .Net Framework 3.5, 4.8, and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022729)

    The .NET Framework 4.8.1 February cumulative update, KB5022498 will not install. This is an issue only occurs after installing the .NET Framework 4.8 February cumulative update, KB5022502, then upgrading to .NET Framework 4.8.1 then scanning for updates.

    Applying the following steps will allow KB5022498to be installed:

    • Uninstall 4.8 February update (KB5022502 )
    • Run command from elevated Command Promp: dism/online /cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
    • Scan for windows update again, 4.8.1 February update (KB5022498) installs as expected.
