Windows 10: Camera light is on but not showing the picture

When open the Skype or Camera apps the picture is not showing. Its sayng "Camera is using Webcam" , I tried to change the settings from Skype Audio & Video . But no use.

camera shows high light flooding on pictures

Hi,

Has anyone noticed that there is a big design flaw in Nokia N97 Camera. The problem is of camera shows light flooding on pictures.

When I take a picture from my Nokia N97 with flash on, one side of the picture gets blurred, grainy, and unclear. First I thought might be problem with the lens, but it was not so.

Actually what happens is that when flash works it sends some light to camera lens directly and that side of the pic gets whitish, and grainy, Without Flash the pic is fine. This is most visible in dark , low light, night shots.

1/4th part of the pic gets grainy and unclear bcos of flash. Did any one noticed it or there is some other problem with my camera ?

Camera of Nokia Lumia 520 is not Capture the clear Picture

I have same model phone and love the pictures it takes. They are so clear and vivid.

Suggestions:

• Light: The camera needs plenty of light to take good pictures. There is no flash.
• Motion: Do your best to hold it still.
• Zoom: Make sure you are NOT zoomed in, that will cause lots of noise.

  Are you able to use Camera app?

  Have you installed all the pending updates?
  
• 
  Have you installed any third party application recently?
  

Step 1: I would suggest you to open Camera app and check if you are able to access the webcam or not.

• 
  Type camera app in search bar and you will be able to open camera app.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to install the latest available web-cam software from the manufacture web site and check if it helps.

Step 3: I suggest you to check for the latest updates.

• 
  Press Windows logo key +R, enter
  MS-settings: and then press OK. This opens Settings.
  
• 
  In Settings, go to Update & security >
  Windows Update, and then select Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.
