Windows 10: Camera not opening in Windows 10

This problem is really getting out of hand now. My camera app is not working. Even when I try to login through Windows Hello using my camera, it shows "Getting ready.....Couldn't turn on camera". When I try to open camera app, this shows:Even when it used to work before, the camera resolution was so low around 0.02 MP, and I wasn't even able to change it.Things I've tried to fix this:Tried resetting the camera app from settings, didn't work.Updated the camera driver to the latest, from the device managerInstalled all the latest Windows updates.As a last resort, tried factory resetting the PC
