Windows 10: Camera not working in lenovo ideapad gaming 3

my built in webcam is not working anymore and it says NoCameraAreAttached 0xA00F4244and i cant find it in device manageri tried to download the driver from lenovo website but it didn't worki tried add legacy hardware things but still nothingand i fell its something about my antivirus but i turned off webcam protection and still not workingcan someone please help me

integrated camera not listed/not working on Lenovo ideapad Flex 4

We have a Lenovo ideapad Flex 4 and have just figured out the camera isn't working - isn't listed in the devices, but I can see we have a camera above the screen. How can i activate it?

Hello and welcome ksuthayya have had a look for a driver for your machine but there are only drivers listed up to 8.1 not 10.

Having said that my old Toshiba was in the same position and yet when I installed 10 Windows updates found drivers for stuff not listed on the Toshiba site.

Now a suggestion would be to get a clip on camera and install it via USB or like wise because it would have it owns driver. If my memory serves me right they are not that expensive - but still annoying eh?.

 

Lenovo Ideapad C340 camera app sound

Hi there, Looking for some suggestions. My Lenovo C340 Ideapad is playing music on Spotify, I am using the Camera app to record myself on video, when I speak on the video it records OK. But the sound of the music isn't heard on the playback. Why is this? Obviously the microphone is on as it hears me talking, the speaker is working as I can hear the music. Thanks for any help.
