Windows 10: Camera NOT working on Asus Zenbook A14 UX3407

Have tried every instructional video/guide out there to reset, reinstall and all else that may boot up the camera. Please refer to the attached to see what the screen looks like for me. This laptop does not have any shutter, and the F10 button is unlocked. Appreciate any help that you may be able to provide.

Asus Zenbook UX305 touchpad multitouch functions stopped working. I suspect windows update cause problem. Any suggestions to solve. Asus helpdesk ask me to reinstall windows. But I cannot as lot of data is in the PC. Appriciate help if some one can suggest
to resolve.

Windows 8 is the earliest they have listed and there is no camera driver
