Windows 10: CAMERA NOT WORKING WHILE ON VIDEO CONFERENCING - ZOOM, MEETS TEAMS ETC.

Hi I tried connecting to video call through various apps and every platform says no camera has been detected. The default camera app seems to work fine just before I open these apps. After I open the app even the default camera app on windows says there is no camera attached to this system. Here are a few things that I have already tried and it has not worked for me. 1. Updated the driver2. Turned off Anti virus and Firewall3. Turned on the camera privacy settings4. Updated windows as well. It seems like this is a common issue with lot of windows users. Please let me know the solution to this.

Re CAMERA connect for Zoom meetings

How do I get the ZOOM app onto the Privacy access list?

I'm not having any luck in unblocking the camera. I can see and hear at Zoom meetings, but not seen.

Does Zoom need Windows permission? How do you fix that? I'm not very good at tech mazes; maybe someone

can walk me through that needed connection? Why is Zoom omitted from the apps with access list?

Error number received at clicking the video sign to join: #OxA00F4244 [no connection)

Checked re App Access which are all marked ON, but no Zoom app listed.

Suggestions, recommendations?

 

Camera not working with Zoom

I have a Lenovo X1 6th generation laptop running Windows 10. I installed the Zoom Conferencing app and while I can join a meeting and see their videos, the camera on my laptop just shows a blank screen. I have visited the Zoom help pages but to no avail.
The system has the latest updates and the camera driver also is the latest one. I have shut off any other camera-sharing software (such as Skype) and enabled access to all apps. This is quite frustrating! Any help would be appreciated.

 

HP dv6600 model Webcam doesn't get detected for Microsoft teams meeting

Hi ,

I have HP dv6600 laptop that has its in-built webcam. Though the camera works for all other apps including video conferencing apps like Skype, Zoom etc., it doesn't seem to get detected for "Teams" meetings. During device setting the preview panel sometimes
displays the image but during the actual meeting or during test calls it doesn't get detected. What could be the reason.

I have tried all options of uninstalling the camera and re-installing it back again , driver update etc., nothing seems to be working.
