Windows 10: Camera, sticky notes, microsoft store and ability to downoad apps gone from computer

At an update somehow the camera, outlook, Microsoft store, sticky notes, xbox, weather, calendar and windows media player got removed from computer. They show shaded out. I did a reset on the apps - my one note came back however, the others now no longer even show up shaded out. How do I get them back along with having Microsoft store back on the computer

Sticky Notes GONE after forced Win 10 update

My sticky notes disappeared today, and I followed some of the instructions here to find and restore the stn file, but the folder was empty so there was nothing to restore. I then went to the app store, as Michael_C_T suggested, but I didn't download Sticky
Notes 8. That doesn't appear to be a Microsoft product. However, when I clicked on the
Microsoft Sticky Note app, it gave me the option to "update." (It was the first on the list when I searched "sticky notes.") So I did, and my sticky notes came back.

Try to uninstall and reinstall sticky notes on your computer.

Step 1: Open
Start menu, click Settings icon to open Settings app, click
System, and then click Apps & features.

Steps 2: Select “Sticky Notes” from the list and click on uninstall.

Click here, to reinstall the latest version of sticky note on your
computer.
