Windows 10: Camera Stopped working after the update of 26\05\2023

Hi,The Camera of our Laptops stopped working after the recent update of 26\05\2023.Could someone suggest which update is causing this issue?Thanks in advance

2023-05 Cumulative Update KB5026361 update failure 0x800f0831

Usual fix for that is an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs and data like any 'upgrade' procedure.

I seem to recall that was suggested in your previous thread.

Tutorial available, and I've posted a 4 step short-form procedure many many times.

Were you to search tenforums for 0x800f0831 you might find e.g.

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Update failure for 2023-05 Cumulative

The 2023-05 cumulative update wont update it keeps failing. I have tried to open windows update troubleshooter and it says unexpected error occurred. Can someone please help me with this.
