Windows 10: Camera turns on and off unexpectedly

Hello, I bought a new laptop and I did all the steps correctly like signing up Microsoft account and also updating to windows 11. However, when I am in teams and I had to turn on the camera, it was working for a couple of seconds and then it suddenly turned off unexpectedly. I checked as well if it was just a problem in teams, but it was the same with the actual camera app worked for a couple of seconds and it turned off. How can I fix this? The laptop brand I have is MSI GF63 THIN 10UC-443PH INTEL Core I7

• When you say “It keeps reporting on it's window that I have a problem” do get any error message?
  
• Does the printer turn off when you are attempting to print?
  
• Did this issue started recently? If yes, then what are the recent changes that you have made to the computer
  prior to this issue?

Camera is green

You can try these steps and see if it will make any difference:

• Power cycle

1. Turn off the phone then remove the back cover and the battery.

2. Reinsert the battery and the back cover then turn on your phone.

• Reset your camera settings

1. Go to Settings.

2. Swipe to Application settings.

3. Choose Photos+camera.

4. Select Reset camera.

Laptop Camera

settings to see if the camera access is turned on. Kindly follow the steps below to check the camera privacy settings:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
• Near the top of the Settings app window is the search box, kindly type the word "webcam" or "camera".
• From the list of results choose Camera privacy settings.
• Make sure that "Let apps use my camera" toggle is set to On.
