Windows 10: Camera upside down on Zoom and Skype after Windows 10 reinstalled

After reinstalling Windows 10 on my Asus Tablet model T200TA.DB11T.CA issue is with the image visualization when I installed Skype and Zoom on my tablet: both inner and main cameras are flipped upside down!


I also tried to update the driver for the camera plus reinstalled the skype and zoom by Asus but haven't solved anything yet.

This camera is working before my windows 10 reinstall. I read few articles in this forum dated back to 2019 and tried everything


Please help, as I use the Zoom for my work

Asus K52JE | Camera upside down

To be completely clear, I still had to install the Windows 7 x64 driver from Asus website.
With that driver, the camera doesn't work (as we seen before) in Microsoft Store apps (like Camera and Skype) but it works perfectly on "desktop" Skype.

With the generic Windows 10 driver, the camera was upside down also on desktop Skype.

 

Video is not working for Zoom or Skype

Hello,

Have you checking the privacy settings if Camera is ON on both Zoom and Skype?

Go to Setting > Privacy > Camera > make sure the toggle button for both Zoom and Skype are ON.

If my suggestion did not solve the issue, please reply back and confirm if there is an error message or error code so we can try other step.

Might as well open the Camera App and test if it's working there so we can narrow down the problem.

Skype for Business' access to camera

Hi,

I have a new Huawei Matebook D14 with Windows 10 operating system. I have installed the Office-package and Skype for Business. In Windows' camera settings I can not activate the camera for Skype for Business, because Skype for Business is not listed as an alternative as an application to activate/deactivate. When I go to Skype for Business internal settings I get a message that says

"We can not find a camera: If you already have one, open device management in Windows to control that it is installed and working" (my own translation from Norwegian to English).

I have tried those basic tips and tricks. I have also tried to repair and reinstall Skype for Business.

The basic Skype-version is also installed and is listed in the list of applications that can have the camera acitvated/deactivated. The camera works with the basic Skype-version itself.

The problem seems to be that I do not have Skype for Business as an option inside Windows' settings for activating/deactivating the camera. Does anybody have a solution?
