Windows 10: camera wont open

My camera app is not opening at all. I pressed the camera on my laptop and open the camera app but it is not opening at all. There is no error message so I cant provide any further help.

Lumia 800 Camera wont open

Hi the camera function in my brand new Lumia 800 wont open. This is both from trying to use the on screen button and side of phone button. I have tried changing the camera settings but this has not helped? Any suggestions please? Thanks
