Windows 10: Camera won't turn on

I just got my surface book this morning and the camera was working and I set up facial recognition. It went to sleep around 8:00 at night and all of a sudden, my computer wouldn't turn on the camera and said I needed to fix privacy settings. I did that for everything and it still wont turn on, neither will facial recognition. I just got this computer and I'm moving into college tomorrow, this is extremely annoying.

EDIT:

I have Kaspersky (anti virus and privacy stuff) and one of the features lets me know if someone or what app is using my webcam. A notification popped up and I blocked it which didn't allow my camera to be used because it was just the software telling me that my webcam was being used, so I unblocked it. HAH whoops

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

 

Asus Transformer t100ta won´t turn on Win10

Yesterday was reading on it. All of a sudden turned off and now it won´t turn on

I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way
