    Camera Works with Zoom Not With Camera App or Bluejeans App


    Suddenly the camera Logitech C930E no longer works with the Camera App or with Bluejeans. It works with Zoom. I have tried every "solution" offered by every web site addressing the question. None work. I have rebooted and tried the Camera App before using any other app. No go. Driver for the camera is the latest, both per Windows 10 driver update attempt and per the Logitech people. The camera works with Zoom, so it's not a question of bad cable, bad USB port, etc. The microphone in the webcam works with everything, the video doesn't work with Zoom. It's not a Zoom issue, because it worked w

    camera doesn't work in camera app but does in other software

    Windows 10, 20H2.
    The camera app was working fine but i installed logitech capture software and after removing that the camera app won't start anymore, errorcode 0xA00f4246 allcameraloadattemptsfailed.
    Cursed logitech, i knew it, they can't write decent software.
    Thing is, luckily the camera works in all other software that i tried, OBS, Skype, Zoom, just not in the windows camera app.
    I tried several solutions found on the net like reinstalling the camera app, no go yet..
    Help appreciated.

    Using a USB Camera with Camera app in Windows 10

    I have a USB camera that is working in Skype and Zoom, but when I open the Camera App, I do not see a way to switch to that camera. I have checked in settings.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Camera not working

    idgat: The camera works on other apps including live streaming to YouTube, so I'm guessing not.

    Anibor: the driver reset did nothing.

    Also, I've notice that, while trying to setup the camera on Zoom, the camera light is active. So something is working.
