Windows 10: Can a hacker steal my card info from a purchase history?

Recently I got hacked on microsoft, I don't have any important info on there but I do have a purchase record from 2021 that shows the last 4 digits of the card. I do not have the card number saved on the account however. Can the hacker do anything with that to steal my info? And also after the hacking I turned on 2fa, reset password and did log out on all devices. How can I tell if this guy is still on my account and are there any other safety measures I can take?

Purchase History

I cannot access my purchase history on windowsphone.com. When I first tried to ask this question on the forum a suggestion came up from a previous post with a link to purchase history and when I clicked it I did find my app purchase history but it seems
to be in Polish! This however is the only way I found my purchase history as I can't find a link on any menu on the website.

Any suggestions?

 

Purchase history

After logging in to marketplace, the purchase history list is empty. Shouldn't my windows phone apps be listed here? Also, is there a way to see this information from the Marketplace app on my HD7?

 

Marketplace / Zune purchase history

Tracking the apps on WP7 is a getting unmanageable. I've downloaded just under 400 apps (I was amazed how many), the vast majority are either in trial mode or free and some I have since removed. When I view the purchase history in the Zune client, it gives
me a complete history of everything 'bought' but I'd really like to know which apps I actually paid real money for!

Trying to match up the purchase dates against my credit card is useless because my credit card bill shows a posting date and a transaction date and neither match up with Zune's purchase date. Worse, if I download multiple apps on the same day, either free
or paid (not trial), Zune lists them all as a 'Purchase'. Here's my wish list for the Marketplace purchase history:

• A column showing the actual price paid for each app
• A column showing whether the app is currently installed to the phone (I don't have 400 apps on my phone anymore but would like to track apps that I have purchased but since removed.)
  
• A summary of information perhaps a monthly breakdown of money spent by apps/music etc

It would be even better if this data was accessable on the phone instead of having to launch Zune.
