Windows 10: Can a hard drive cause errors when there is not detected errors in windows?

Note: I sometimes have BSOD show up. Not too frequently recently, but I was using MS Word the other day, and Windows 10 shut down suddenly while using Word.I gathered that perhaps it was possibly due to RAM being consumed.The BSOD referenced something like a kernel error, and did not get past 0% to create a dump file I assume.I saw the event log showed a PCI reference, and my SSD hard drive which contains the windows OS is likely "ToshibaKioxia 237GB PCIe NVMe 2230 SSD KBG40ZNS256G"

Hard Drive Disk Error

It gets to the start of the windows seven loading screen, then it switches to the windows repair loading screen after awhile.

There's no specific error code or message, it just says errors detected and repairs will be attempted.

Or words to that effect.

 

Fatal Error

I've been trying to format my system but right after it finishes formatting I get a Fatal Error during the Windows installation process. That Fatal Error is a Data Error (cyclic redundancy check). I know that it's because of my hard drives, but how do I fix this issue? I have 2 Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB SATA II Hard Drives in RAID 0. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. *Smile
