Windows 10: Can a Slower SATA port cause BSOD while Gaming?

I want to confirm something. A while back I used to play games on my pc like Ark Survival Evolved and CSGO with no problem. Then my old harddrive died and I bought a new harddrive, I didn't know about the different Sata types then, and must have plugged it into the wrong SATA. Ever since then, whenever I play a game it Blue Screens after a while.I want to confirm if the Blue screen happens because of the slower 3gpbs speeds, and not using the 6gpbs. My computer also feels slower than it used to, taking longer to read/write and load things.I have a H81M-P33 motherboard, I found this out when I

Your device list doesnt indicate any game controller. Not in driver-versions text file.

What controller is it?

Are you using the microsoft provided driver, a driver on a disk or ?

If it was installed, i would suggest going into device manager and making sure the box in the image is unchecked. Yes its for my mouse, but same thing.

 

Game run slower on win10 1803 build.

Hi.

I own dell Vostro 5568 Intel(R) Core(TM) I5-7200U CPU 2.5 GHz 2.7GHz

SSD 255GB and Intel HD 520 - NVIDIA 940MX.

since the last windows update a game I play started to run slower and when I say slower I mean like the character movements are slower like an fps drop.

I got all the updates from dell site also for my graphic card.

I optimized my win10 to max performance.

i added the game to the list in Nvidia control panel and made it to run for performance only.

Power Settings are on Performance as well but game still run slower. it did run better on the 1709 build but I can't go back since I made fresh install of the 1803 build.

any suggestions?
