Windows 10: Can any motherboard run Windows 10?

Can Windows 10 run on any motherboard as long as the motherboard has the same architecture as Windows 10? Here is an example. Can the 64bit version of Windows 10 run on any motherboard as long as the motherboard is, too, 64bit, regardless of how old or how new the motherboard is?Also, if the motherboard's architecture is higher than 64bit, can the 64bit version of Windows 10 still run on any motherboard as long as the motherboard architecture is 64bit or higher?As far as i know, any motherboard can run the 64bit version of Windows 10, if the motherboard is, too, 64bit or higher.
