    Can anyone access my microsoft account through my old hard disc?


    I changed my hard disc recently and installed windows with my Microsoft account.

    Unfortunately the hard disc went slow and I had to replace it with new one. I have returned the hard disc to shop without logging out Microsoft account and formatting.

    So, I'm afraid can they access my account with that hard disc?

    Please help.

    Nb: When I am checking signed microsoft devices, it only showing my laptop.

    Hello Ken,

    Im using Win10 Build 1607 with all latest update.

    I also run all related troubleshooters:
    • Windows Update
    • Store Apps (says i have to login in my microsoft account but thats the problem, i can't)
    • Microsoft Accounts

    No Problem found. Also the suggestions from Microsoft didnt helped.
