hi I'm trying to get in to Microsoft have taped cortina it says welcome back mike and then keeps saying theres a problem with signing in im not computer savey, can somebody help please.

it's the voice that disturb me. The Synthetic voice, this one, i can ear the name or application that i sayed, and the robotic voice is too loud for understanding clearly

 

Random robotic voice

It's not a browser problem, i close chrome, the voice was still playing, there was no tech support scam, just randomly heard a robotic voice and chrome was closed, so wondering what it was.
