Windows 10: Can anyone help me install Windows 10 in an LG Gram that came with Windows 11?

As far as I am concerned, Windows 11 is a crime against humanity. I would rather die than use it.I have a new LG Gram Laptop. I have a Windows 10 Pro license and I have created an installation disk. But it won't let me. It says that Bitlocker won't allow it and I need to suspend Bitlocker in Control Panel. Of course, control panel does not recognize suspend bitlocker. In fact, it gives no help at all. So I found powershell commands, but no explanation what they mean. And then I read that people who have tried had driver problems etc.Really? Has life come to this? Is killing myself truly my be

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
